Why a Coach?
No matter what field you work in, you’re already a professional.
But how do professionals get better?
How do they become great?
They learn. They train.
And the way you learn, and train is through a coach or trainer.
Greatness is not something you’re born with—it’s something you learn, practice, and develop within your profession. That’s why every professional needs a coach—because even the best in the world has coaches guiding them.
Think back to your first days in school—elementary, high school, even college. Who helped you succeed? Your teachers. They were your coaches, training you for success in education.
The same is true in your career. You are never done learning, and you are never finished growing in your craft. Whether your brand new or highly experienced, coaching is not optional—it’s essential.
If you stop learning, you stop seeing the issues that hold you back. And even if you notice them, you may not know how to fix them. The result? Progress slows, and improvement stops.
Coaching changes that:
-
It gives you a whole new level of awareness in what you do.
-
It provides a clearer, more accurate picture of reality in your industry.
-
It helps you uncover the gaps you’re missing, so you can rise to greater levels than where you are now.
That’s the power of coaching—it takes you from good to great, and from great to greater.
Why My Coaching Is Different
I don’t coach or train from someone else’s sales script or a generic customer service booklet. Every lesson, strategy, and system I teach comes directly from over 25 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry—both in the field and in the office. Each system was personally designed by me, and I stand behind it, believe in it, because I’ve coached and trained my own team using the same lessons, strategies, and systems to win customers.
I’ve lived every role in the industry, which allows me to see customers, technicians, and staff through my own lens. I’ve experienced the good and the bad, the easy and the hard, and I know what truly works in cleaning, operations, customer service, sales, and upselling—from my experience as a technician, sales consultant, General Manager, and Owner. Today, I transfer all of that knowledge into a proven system for developing and coaching individuals and teams.
I’ve spent 25 years in the cleaning industry, working my way up step by step, from the ground to the top. I’ve been:
✔ Cleaner (Janitorial Services)
✔ Technician (Carpet & Tile Company)
✔ Sales Consultant (Carpet & Tile Company)
✔ Account Executive (Janitorial Services)
✔ Operations Manager (Janitorial Services)
✔ General Manager (Carpet & Tile Company and Janitorial Services)
✔ Owner (Carpet & Tile Company and Janitorial Services)
Because I’ve lived every one of these roles, I speak your language, understand your challenges, and teach from real-world experience—not just theory.
I didn’t land in management because of a degree.
I didn’t cut corners to become a coach or trainer.
I earned my way here—by cleaning, selling, managing, owning, learning, solving problems, and leading teams from the ground up in the cleaning industry.

Why Work with Me?
I know this industry inside and out because I’ve lived it for over 25 years. I started where many of you are now—as a technician in the field. Over the years I’ve worked as a cleaner, technician, sales consultant, manager, and business owner. I understand the challenges you face, the obstacles in your way, and the skills it takes to succeed.
That’s why my coaching is real, practical, and proven—not theory from a textbook.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting training—you’re getting a partner who knows what it’s like to stand in your shoes. My goal is simple: help you close more jobs, serve customers better, and grow your paycheck while making your company stronger.
I don’t just teach—I coach, guide, and push you to be the best version of yourself in this industry.
